WeConvene Announces Update to its Corporate Access Platform

Enhancements add new functionality and streamline workflow for organizing meetings and events.

The updated functionality provides a user experience that is now more intuitive, easier to navigate and with added functionality that helps Corporate Access and IR Teams manage the event management process more efficiently.

This will now be taken a step further with the enhancement of the event creation interface. Users will find new control settings, offering complete flexibility in who can see meeting slots and when. In addition, new batch editing tools make last minute schedule changes simple. For example, when adding an extra participant to every meeting slot or moving all meetings back a couple of hours - bulk changes can be made in seconds. Finally, the new event preview feature gives users added confidence before they launch an event, helping to reduce the risk of any errors being made.
