WeConvene introduces functionality to address Earnings Call challenges

New York, July 2018 — WeConvene the largest meeting platform for the capital markets community today announces the introduction of new functionality designed to help streamline the earnings call preparation and management process for public companies, the C-Suite, Investor Relations professionals, investors and sell-side analysts.

Announcing the new earnings call features, CEO Radek Barnert stated,

4. Utilize information about participants to better prepare the earnings call script and Q&A responses;
5. Provide a registered attendee list to the C-Suite ahead of the earnings call;
6. Include meeting notes for post call analysis and discussion with the C-suite; and
7. Distribute post call transcripts to participants via the WeConvene platform.

These new features will benefit buy-side and sell-side participants because the process for booking into the earnings call is streamlined, just like booking a restaurant, so that once booked, all details are automatically placed in the participant’s calendar.
